Winemaker for 10 years in Champagne house, Yannick GRADOS dreams of creating his own estate which produces and markets his own bottles.

In 2004, he made his first plantings and in 2008 his project materialized with his wife Carine. Over the years, the operation has grown and they now operate 10 hectares, including 5 hectares of Chardonnay and 5 hectares of Pinot Noir.

They make all of their Crémants de Bourgogne to ensure excellence in their products.

The succession is ensured with their daughter, Juliette, who is currently preparing a technical-commercial BTS in wines and spirits.
